How virtual sports actually work
Virtual sports are computer-generated matches and races where every result is determined by an RNG (Random Number Generator). The RNG picks one outcome from millions of possibilities at each moment — the process is fully automated with no human involvement.
Once the result of a match or race is decided, it is shown as an animation — a team scoring a goal, horses running, or dogs finishing a race. The animation may look realistic, but the result was already set by the computer beforehand. Simply put, you are watching an animation, not a live event.
This is quite different from regular sports betting. In a real cricket or football match, player form, pitch conditions, or team tactics can affect the outcome — but in virtual sports, nothing determines the result except the RNG.
